I need my rear fender fixed to be shorter than it is so it doesn't rub the tire. This is my main source of green transportation, I do frequent cleanup of the environment, picking up trash, but this is meant to get me around town to my job and groceries, and other errands. If anyone is close and likes this kind of work, I'd really appreciate it and so will the earth. (1 needed)
