I completely agree with this charter, and have been having the same ideas for quite some time. I think the best way to implement it would be a membership system, where people join in and get access to all of the free services you have available. You would also need to convince businesses to join in, perhaps with a free remodel that makes the business substantially more efficient and environmentally friendly, then you would use that business to provide more services to your members, and progress from there until entire countries joined. That's the way I pictured my idea occurring.

REQUEST: Assistance with setting up a tool library — I'm really interested in tool library / library's of things. I have no idea of the legal aspects of setting up a non-profit, or what all would be entailed in the starting of a brick and mortar location, and would appreciate some feedback and assistance with this endeavor.

Personal training — I am a personal trainer in Portland, and would be open to providing fitness training. I'm trying to expand my following, get more reviews, increase my experience with different people, and give back to this community.
