I am a health educator, convener/ host and online training and resource developer, with experience as a farmer and living close to the land and Nature. I can coach you to awaken to your capacity to do so also, and capture insights from your experience! I know about growing food and animal husbandry. I love chickens!
I have over 15 years experience launching initiatives including entrepreneurship, coordinating membership engagement and managing business operations. My focus is on being inclusive, caring and open-minded. I recently completed an MA in cultural trauma studies qualifying me to advocate for a trauma-informed world.
When I am not working on my business #metamorphicshop, I enjoy tending to the land, collecting stones, keeping hens, getting out on a forest trail, camping, kayaking, living an active and healthy lifestyle and contributing to a healthy rural community. I am English-French bilingual.
